落地式端面镗铣床为整体式结构的端面落地铣床，立柱滑座在床身导轨上移动，铣削头滑板在立柱导轨上、下移动并能轴向移动（可手动、机动），从而*大程度地满足工件的加工范围。铣削头垂直、水平两方向的移动均由一个进给箱通过直流电机或变频电机驱动，电磁离合器转轮箱减速，实现（25~200mm/min）无级进给。本机床可多工位卧式加工超大型电机机座地脚平面，亦可作特长特高形状工件平面或槽的铣削及钻孔。
